1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website of Dija Fashion Sh.P.K. (“Dija Fashion”, “we”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Kosovo under Unique Identification Number (UIN) 811985863, with its registered office at Mehmet Kaçurri 4, Prishtinë, Republic of Kosovo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including but not limited to the design, production, purchase, and delivery of custom-made dresses, couture pieces, ready-to-wear items, and accessories. By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

3. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Dija Fashion reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customers will be notified of any material changes at least four (4) weeks before such changes become effective. The updated Terms and Conditions will also be published on the Dija Fashion website.

Continued use of the website or placement of orders after the effective date of the updated Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received the order confirmation in email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of our terms.

5. Custom Orders

We offer made-to-measure and customized products based on customer requests, depending on design availability and production capacity.

A custom order is confirmed once we have agreed the design and measurements with you and received a 50% deposit. From that moment the order is final: because the piece is made to your measurements and requests, it is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal (Article 49 of Law No. 06/L-034), it cannot be cancelled or modified, and the deposit and any further payment are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Production timeline varies on design and material availability.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the finished piece is defective or does not match the agreed measurements or design — see section 7.

6. Shipping Policy

Shipping is free of charge on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout. This excludes customs’ fees and VAT. Note that customs fees are not displayed during the checkout process and can vary from country to country.

Dija Fashion ships worldwide. Every order is sent with DHL on one standard service; there are no other delivery options and no surcharges.

The products can only start shipping during weekdays.

The product(s) take(s) 7–15 business days to arrive at the customer’s delivery address (not including your customs process that might take more time).

The express posts typically write the estimated delivery date a few days later than the actual delivery date in case of emergencies, which means that the product will arrive earlier and that the customer shouldn’t be alarmed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Return Policy. The rules below follow the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Kosovo (Law No. 06/L-034), which gives you a statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made online.

Ready-to-ship items. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the item, without giving any reason. Tell us by email or through the return request on our Shipping & Returns page, then send the item back within 14 days of that notice. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, free from perfume or makeup stains, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We may reduce the refund if an item comes back showing use beyond what is needed to try it on.

Return costs. You bear the direct cost of sending the item back, including any customs duties and taxes, unless the item was incorrect or defective on our side.

Refunds. We refund the full amount you paid for the returned item to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you have sent it). Store credit is available instead if you prefer it. Customs duties, VAT and import fees paid to the authorities of the destination country are not refundable unless required by law.

Ready-to-ship order cancellations. You may cancel a ready-to-ship order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. After delivery, the 14-day withdrawal right above applies.

Pre-made and customized items. Pieces made to your measurements, with or without personalized changes, are goods made to your specifications and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 49(1.3) of Law No. 06/L-034). They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, and once a custom order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled (see section 5). Your statutory rights remain if the piece is defective or does not match the agreed measurements or design.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Please tell us about damaged, defective or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos or a short video so we can resolve it quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the order. Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement, exchange or a full refund to your original payment method, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

8. Products

Dija Fashion offers three types of products:

1. Ready-made products — pieces that are ready to buy from stock, produced mainly in sizes M and L.
2. Pre-made products — pieces made to order to your measurements, without any changes to the design.
3. Customized products — pieces made to your measurements with the changes you request to the design.

Pre-made and customized products are made to your specifications, so they cannot be returned or cancelled for change of mind (see sections 5 and 7). Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If the customer purchases a ready-made product, he/she will receive the same product as seen on the Dija Fashion website.

The customer understands that there may be slight differences in color, due to the different color settings in different monitors/screens.

If the ordered product is handmade, or contains handwork, the customer understands that the product cannot be recreated in a completely identical way, as it’s done by hand and not by machine.

The product will be done approximately 90–95% the same if the beading and material used is the same as the promoted product.

9. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

The price charged is the price at the time of order placement as confirmed in your order confirmation.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. At present, orders placed through the website are paid by cash on delivery: you pay the full amount to the courier when your order is handed over. Custom orders are paid by deposit and balance as described in section 5.

When online payment is offered, card payments are processed securely by a licensed payment provider. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not completed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

10. Customs

All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), which means they are delivered with import duties and taxes unpaid. Dija Fashion does not pay, collect, prepay, or reimburse custom duties, import tariffs, brokerage, or clearance fees of any kind.

Customs clearance procedures may delay delivery times. Dija Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Delays caused by customs processing are not grounds for cancellation or compensation.

If the customer refuses delivery of an order, the customer may remain responsible for any customs charges, return shipping costs, administrative fees, or other expenses incurred as a result of the refusal. Such amounts may be deducted from any applicable refund.

11. Privacy Policy

Dija Fashion collects certain personal information from customers, including their full name, email address, telephone number, and delivery address, for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders.

The customer understands that this information is stored securely in Dija Fashion’s databases and systems for order management, customer service, record-keeping, and legal compliance purposes.

12. Third Party Links

This website may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated or controlled by us. These links are provided solely for informational and convenience purposes.

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or security of any third-party websites. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of such external sites or services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites before engaging with them.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dija Fashion website, including but not limited to designs, photographs, logos, text, videos, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Dija Fashion and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Dija Fashion.

Unauthorized use of any content, design, image, or trademark belonging to Dija Fashion may result in legal action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo.
